Missing man was last seen leaving his car in the Northfield area of the city
Police are appealing for the public’s help to trace 51-year-old Rhys Williams, who has been reported missing in Edinburgh.
Rhys was last seen around 12pm on Sunday, June 7, in the Northfield Avenue area. He is believed to have left in his blue Vauxhall Corsa car.
He is described as around 5ft 7in tall, of stocky build, with white/grey hair. He is believed to be wearing blue shorts and a t-shirt.
Inspector Stewart Massie said: “Enquiries to trace Rhys are ongoing and we are appealing to anyone who may have seen him to contact us. We’d also appeal to Rhys directly – if you see this, please get in touch with us.
“Anyone with information is asked to contact Police Scotland on 101 quoting reference 1464 of Sunday, 7 June, 2026.”
