San Francisco 49ers‘ wide receiver Brandon Aiyuk has been making headlines over the last few days. First he posted himself wearing a Washington Commanders hat (while still under contract with the 49ers) that cause a stir amongst fans.
However, he just took it a step further by posting a video to social media that is clearing aimed at his current team. Here is what he said.

49ers’ Wide Receiver Brandon Aiyuk Posts 90 Second Video Attacking His Current Team
In light of rumors that he might sign with the Washington Commanders if he’s released, San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Brandon Aiyuk shared a cryptic Instagram video.
The scenarios Aiyuk described appeared to allude to his current situation, though he didn’t drop any specific names. In the caption, he wrote, “IF YOU SCARED JUST SAY DAT!!”
“This kid, he got this one toy, but he don’t really know how to use it correctly,” he said. “So somebody else about to pick it up and play with it and they’re like ‘Oh yeah, this s–t litty.’ And they’re like ‘Wait, wait, wait, hold on, that’s my toy.'”

After signing a four-year, $120 million contract with the 49ers ahead of the 2024 season, Aiyuk suffered a torn ACL and MCL that ended his season after just seven games.
It was after that injury that things began to go downhill between Aiyuk and the Niners. Last off-season, he missed several rehab sessions, which led to San Francisco voiding nearly $27 million in guaranteed income.
Aiyuk was placed on the reserve/left team list by December, and general manager John Lynch announced in January that the receiver had played his final snap for the Niners. Fans were quick to react to this new video:

The recent posts on his IG story and now this shows he’s irritated that he hasn’t been released yet. F him let him rot until he shows up to the facility
He already knows the insane stuff he pulled during negotiations and after his injury is going to come out which is why he mentioned “they gonna say BA did this and that”. F him. Let him languish in roster limbo.
Id say its CTE, but he hasn’t played enough to develop it. This is just NFL WR Diva behavior, but on steroids…its like TO, but without the clout of being anywhere near the best in the league. Dude has 1 good, not great, good season & a voided pay day to his name. Child’s play!
It is clear that he is creating enemies with his antics. There have been a considerable about of fans lashing out at the things he has been saying/doing.
