Taylor Swift’s courtside seat from Knicks-Cavaliers Game 3 has been listed for auction, with bidding already reaching $6,000.
Taylor Swift's courtside seat from the New York Knicks' playoff game has been put up for auction.
According to a listing on The Realest, the chair used by the superstar singer-songwriter during Game 3 of the Eastern Conference finals between the Knicks and the Cleveland Cavaliers is now available for bidding.
Swift attended the game in Cleveland together with her fiance, Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce.
"As one of the most recognized and influential artists of her generation, the occupant of this chair has earned worldwide acclaim through a career defined by commercial success, critical recognition, and multiple Grammy Award victories," the bidding description reads. "Her attendance reflects the cultural reach of the NBA Playoffs and the significance of the Eastern Conference Finals as one of the most visible events in sports."
The listing notes that the chair comes with Gold OVD authentication, confirming that an on-site authenticator verified Swift's use of the seat during Game 3.
Interest in the item has already started to build. After opening at $100, the auction had received 17 bids by Saturday afternoon, pushing the price up to $6,000.
Swift's seat is not the only celebrity-linked item available. A chair used by actor and longtime Knicks fan Ben Stiller has also been placed up for auction.
