Bogdan Bogdanovic makes decision on potential European return next season

Bogdan Bogdanovic is expected to stay in the NBA for at least one more season amid rumors of a potential return to Europe.

Despite recent rumors linking Serbian star Bogdan Bogdanovic with a return to Europe, the sharpshooter has reportedly decided to continue his career in the NBA.

Meridian Sport confirmed Hoopfellas' report that Bogdanovic's camp has informed European teams the player intends to remain in the NBA for at least one more season.

"Bogdan has signed with the Pistons? I don't know anything about that. I'm not aware of any finalized agreement. What I do know is that he is looking toward the NBA and has taken a step in that direction, but I don't know of any completed deal," Dimitris Katsionis of Hoopfellas reported.

Previous reports had linked Bogdanovic with Partizan Belgrade, who were said to view him as one of their key targets for the offseason.

This season, Bogdanovic had a limited role with the Los Angeles Clippers, appearing in 23 games and averaging 7.4 points, 2.6 rebounds, and 2.2 assists.

Bogdanovic last played in Europe during the 2016-17 season, when he was one of the key players who helped Fenerbahce Istanbul win its first EuroLeague title.
