Leicester City winger Jeremy Monga has “agreed personal terms” with Arsenal, according to journalist Nicolo Schira.
Writing on his X account, Schira said that while the player is now committed to making the switch to the Emirates, there is still some progress to be made in terms of finding an agreement with Leicester:

Monga had several other suitors, including Manchester City, Manchester United, Chelsea and Borussia Dortmund, but it looks like the Gunners have won the race for his services.
Why a tribunal may have to decide Monga’s fee
The 16-year-old has signed a pre-contract agreement with Leicester, which means he will turn professional on his 17th birthday next month.
That decision means Arsenal can’t poach Monga without paying the Foxes substantial compensation. The two sides are in talks to resolve the situation.
However, if Leicester doesn’t like the money on offer, they can request for a tribunal to be set up, where an independent panel will make a decision on how much the Gunners should pay.
Arsenal are targeting other young players
Monga is by no means the only teenager who has been linked with a move to the North London club over the past few days.
Reports in the French media have confirmed that there is interest in Paris Saint-Germain left-back Emmanuel Mbemba, with the Gunners favourites to snap him up ahead of Paris FC.
You can read more about the defender here, but he is out of contract this summer, and as he is a foreign player, Arsenal will only have to pay a small amount of compensation – approximately £150,000 – to seal his signature.
