“In addition to extending Webster, the Raptors have also extended the contracts of Dan Tolzman (VP, player personnel and assistant GM), Keith Boyarsky (VP basketball strategy and research), and Tyla Flexman (VP operations). Webster's promotion adds Executive VP to his title,” Siegel wrote on X, formerly Twitter.
