Los Angeles Rams tight end Terrance Ferguson’s name made headlines recently, but the reason has nothing to do with football and the upcoming NFL season.
On June 4, Ferguson’s wife, Sophia Meyer, posted a TikTok that went viral and led to unexpected criticism.
In the video clip, Meyer’s feet can be seen as she is resting them on her husband’s chest and asking him a few questions during “a game” they were playing. She tried setting up a scenario where she tried to make Ferguson say “no” or “nope.” The video racked up 12 million views and counting but what got the most attention was Meyer’s feet.
X users didn’t hold back with there opinions of Meyers feet, writing, “Those are some ugly feet,” and “Terrance out here marrying a woman with size 18s that could punt a football from the 50. Those toes got their own zip code!” and “No disrespect, but her feet are uglier than a Mugg. That second toes is lined up offsides, like a Mugg.”
Another posted, “Feet lookin like she could swoop down and snatch her lunch out a lake,” while a fifth added, “I don’t think she has a future being a foot model on OnlyFans.” A sixth said, “Get your big a** feet off my TE we got a Super Bowl to win!” And another chimed in, “Terrance out here using his chest as a footstool while she runs the ultimate test. Those feet got their own zip code tho Rams fans praying they don’t block field goals.”
Following the brutal comments, Meyer clapped at the internet trolls criticizing her feet. She took to her Instagram story on June 7, with another shot of her feet in a pair of white open-toe slipons with the “I just want to see boy beg on pavement” line from Drake’s “Don’t Worry” song playing in the background.
Ferguson and Meyer both hail from Colorado. They have known each other since they were teenagers and are actually high school sweethearts.
After dating for years, Ferguson got down on one knee and proposed to his longtime girlfriend during a trip to the mountains of Telluride in their home state. Meyer’s ring is from Happy Jewelers, an Orange County-based retailer known for working with several athletes and celebrities in designing and purchasing engagement rings.
The two tied the knot on July 13, 2025 at Spruce Mountain Ranch in Larkspur, which is situated in the foothills of the Colorado Rockies and an hour outside of Denver.
The couple said “I do” in front of family, friends, and several NFL players who were Ferguson’s teammates at University of Oregon including Cleveland Browns quarterback Dillon Gabriel, Jacksonville Jaguars tight end Patrick Herbert, Kansas City Chief’s linebacker Jeffrey Bassa, and former Oregon Duck signal caller Ty Thompson.
