Bill Belichick is considered one of the best head coaches in the history of the NFL. He won a record six Super Bowl titles with the New England Patriots and created one of the most dominant and successful dynasties in the sport.
He is currently the head coach of the college football program North Carolina Heel Tars. Belichick is also known for having a much younger girlfriend, who has grabbed headlines once more.
Bill Belichick’s girlfriend Jordon Hudson makes unusual requests at UNC
Belichick has been constantly scrutinized after he got into a relationship with Jordon Hudson. The 25-year-old Hudson is 49 years younger than the 74-year-old Belichick, and many feel that the large age gap is inappropriate. She has often been blamed as the reason for the UNC underperforming under their new coach, with a poor 4-8 record in the 2025 season.

According to a recent appearance by David Covucci of FOIAball on Pablo Torre Finds Out, Hudson has sent at least six public records requests with the University of North Carolina. She has been seeking records of internal communications about herself and the coach. She is reported to have sent four requests in December 2025 and two more in April 2026. She has also requested copies of records previously released to other requesters which also includes Covucci.
Covucci said, “For someone her age, that kind of move is unusual: instead of just arguing on social media, she’s using legal‑style public records requests to see how UNC and CBS really talk about her behind the scenes. It’s like she’s trying to turn the camera around on the people who are watching her.”
The requests are targeted at university communications mentioning terms such as “girlfriend”, as well as references to her, and any correspondence involving CBS. She previously had a controversial CBS Sunday Morning interview which drew much attention to her.

These public record requests come as there is ongoing public scrutiny of Hudson’s involvement with the UNC football program. Previously, multiple emails obtained by The Athletic showed that Belichick asked administrators to inform Hudson on certain emails. This has raised concerns as she has no formal employment contract with the university.
Hudson has also allegedly asked athletic communications staff to portray Belichick’s son Steve as “his own established, credible entity”, instead of “Bill’s son”. Steve is currently the defensive coordinator at UNC, and Hudson has also urged the program to avoid using joint photos with his father to counter nepotism narratives. She has also asked whether UNC’s social media pages were adequately monitoring and removing “slanderous commentary” about their head coach.
There is a lot of attention at Bill Belichick and Jordon Hudson, and it remains to be seen what new developments occur in this case.
