You cannot build a winner by trading first round draft picks, continuously. yes, Garret is generational and will still have years of gas in his tank and ample room to disrupt offenses. He would have been great for the JAGS, but they are in cap stress and need to weed out dead wood this season and high salary cap casualties. He would have not let Josh Allen win last year's playoff game but that's wishful, stilted dreaming
In hindsight (which we all have and are masters of), it would have been better to pass on Travis last year and load up for Garrett this year. Except who knew and has a crystal ball.
I still think the interior defensive line is lacking in strength and another disrupter.
I think Armstead's best days are behind and the rest are, "meh". Adequate but not great or defining.
