Jordyn Woods sprang into action on Monday ahead of Game Three of the 2026 NBA Finals between the San Antonio Spurs and the New York Knicks at Madison Square Garden in New York City. Her fiancé, Karl Anthony Towns, is a center for the Knicks, and she has been on the sidelines all season cheering him on while decked out in Knicks-inspired looks down to the shoes and accessories.

She has shown off a variety of custom looks, including the Tux Clutch Mini “Summer Citrus” by her brand Woods by Jordyn, which is made from orange faux ostrich leather. The bag has taken a life of its own, with some superstitious fans crediting the accessory for the Knicks’ winning streak. But because President Donald Trump attended the event on Monday, MSG and the Knicks enacted a no-bag policy at the game.

The team sent out a memo on social media to fans attending the game, saying: “As we move closer to Game 3 of the NBA Finals on Monday night, Madison Square Garden and the United States Secret Service want to help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all ticket holders by sharing important security procedures that will be in place. A strict no-bag policy will be in effect, and fans should make every effort to limit personal items to an absolute minimum.”
But the model was not going to attend the game without her lucky bag, so through her brand Woods by Jordan, she released a limited edition of the Stunt Sandal in the same color as her lucky bag. She shared a video on Instagram early on Monday showing off the three shoe options she had for the big game, which included Manolo Blahnik sandals, Christian Louboutin Miss Z mules in Knicks orange and blue, and her own Stunt Sandal.
“We’re back home for Game 3, but I really want to show you guys the potential shoe line that we have for today because it’s just ‘chef’s kiss,'” she said in the clip. “These kept popping up on my timeline, and a vintage brand had them, and I needed them. Vintage Manolo basketball heels? Please. Christian Louboutin sent me these. These ones are actually samples, but look? I’m obsessed.”
Woods also addressed the no-bag controversy and told fans she would be doing her best to sneak the bag inside the building, but she created the shoe as a safe alternative. “This has been a topic for the whole day. What am I going to do since Trump banned the bags?” she said. “Now I might have just done the ultimate girl-boss thing and turned my bag into a shoe for the day. So I’m going to see if I can find a way for Karl to get the bag in, but if not, we have some shoes. Happy game day!”
The brand made the shoes available for purchase on their website, and announced the drop via Instagram. “We heard bags aren’t allowed tonight… Don’t worry, we’re running a new play. Meet our Stunt Sandal in Limited Edition ‘Summer Citrus’ — available now in limited quantities,” the brand captioned the post.
The brand combined Jordyn’s “lucky bag” with one of its bestselling shoes, delivering the limited-edition version of its sculpted slip-on style sandal heel. The shoes are also made from faux ostrich leather and feature a micro-squared open toe and a comfortable thong toe strap.
The shoes stand on a stable three-inch-tall heel, and they feature a slip-on, ankle-boot design with a 3.5-inch-tall cuff. Like other shoes from the brand, the shoes feature a thoughtful wide-foot design and a cushioned footbed for comfort.

Still, some fans weren’t satisfied with the alternative and demanded that Woods find another solution or way to get the bag inside MSG. “Put the handbag in KAT’s game bag!!! It has to be in the building!!!!” one fan commented.
“Jordan please smuggle the purse in KAT gym bag,” another added. “All I know is that this bag needs to make it in. I don’t even follow sports. I live in San Diego, but if I need to fly to New York to get this bag in, let me know,” someone else commented.
Knicks fans’ superstitions surrounding the purse may have been exacerbated after the team’s 115-111 loss to the Spurs on Monday. Woods ended up wearing the sandals with a long custom Knicks dress and lightwash jeans, but the lucky bag was nowhere in sight. Game 4 is scheduled for Wednesday at MSG, and there is no bag ban so far, unless the president decides to attend again.
The designs are available on the Woods by Jordyn website for preorder, with the shoes retailing for $225 and the clutch for $125, both to be shipped out in July. For more, check out Jordyn Woods and Karl Anthony Towns’ couple shoe style below.
