Following the departure of All-Pro linebacker Devin Lloyd, a former Gator and Jacksonville’s Ventrell Miller has a golden opportunity. A talented position group with the linebacker position being a core piece to Defensive Coordinator Anthony Campanile’s scheme.

The fourth-year, proven strong run defender in Miller is set as the presumed favorite for the starting role.

“I know it was a business decision that went down he left and got himself a good payday, but like I said the opportunity is open for me and I am excited to see what that’s about. Excited to go prove them right from my perspective, but like I said just the confidence they gave me the confidence” said Miller.

For the remaining offseason schedule, the Final Phase 3 Organized Team Activity (OTA) workouts run June 15-17 with Training Camp in late July. Miller saying he’ll take a trip back to The Swamp in that time.
