* **Manchester City** have identified **Elliot Anderson** as their clear number one priority transfer target this summer.

Now, according to [MailSport’s Jack Gaughan and Tom Collomosse](https://x.com/TomCollomosse/status/2064778376426979417?s=20), Manchester City have made a second bid for Elliot Anderson worth £106 million plus a further £15 million in bonuses, with Nottingham Forest looking for £110 million before bonuses.

Should the proposal be accepted by those at the City Ground, the England international midfielder would set a new record transfer fee for a British player.
