Stefon Diggs Ordered To Explain Relationship With Male Sexual Assault Accuser

For one reason or another, Stefon Diggs seems to always be involved in an ongoing court proceeding.

The 32-year-old wide receiver is still looking for his next team after being released by the New England Patriots in March.

On top of that, Diggs has recently been ordered by a judge to explain how he knows his male sexual assault accuser, TMZ reports.

"Stefon Diggs is being ordered to finally explain how he knows the man accusing him of sexual assault ... because a federal judge says calling him an 'acquaintance' just isn't good enough," the TMZ report read.

"According to new court documents, obtained by TMZ Sports, the judge ruled on a series of discovery disputes last week in Diggs' ongoing legal battle with Christopher Blake Griffith ... the man who has accused the NFL star of drugging and sexually assaulting him in 2023 ... allegations Diggs has repeatedly denied."

Diggs launched a defamation lawsuit in response to Griffith's claims.

Diggs was famously plagued by an ongoing felony strangulation lawsuit that arose in the middle of the Patriots' Super Bowl run last season. The case dragged on until well after the Patriots lost the Super Bowl, with the wide receiver eventually being acquitted on all charges.
