The Knicks were trailing by 29 points in 3rd quarter in Game 4 against the San Antonio Spurs, but eventually won the game 107-106 thanks to OG Anunoby's tip-in with 1.2 seconds to go.
A 29-point comeback is the biggest one in NBA Finals history. The record was previously held by the Los Angeles Lakers, who also won Game 4 despite trailing by 24 points against the Boston Celtics.
However, the Celtics held their biggest lead in 1st quarter, as opposed to the Spurs, who built their largest lead in 3rd quarter.
