She took to her Instagram Stories after the game to voice her thoughts on the game. While one of the posts, as captured by Selena Gomez News, was deleted, the one on the right is still actively up.

In the now-deleted post, Gomez congratulated the Knicks for their comeback, but she shaded the apparent bandwagon fans, saying it's “so funny how some are all the sudden fans though lol.”
Her second post includes a throwback picture of herself in an Adidas Spurs jersey, proving her longtime fandom. She was seemingly at a Spurs game against the Los Angeles Lakers at the formerly-Staples Center.

“Happy for NY[,] but my heart breaks just a lil lol,” she wrote, “It's ok. I'm happy for the teams! Thanks for giving us some great games [NBA].”
Additionally, she commented on a post by MTV that showed Swift celebrating the Knicks' Game 4 win with Mariska Hargitay and Este Haim by writing, “Lol.” This prompted MTV's account to respond, “HELLO???”
The Knicks made a historic comeback in Game 4 of the NBA Finals against the Spurs. They were down by 27 points going into halftime, and they were down as much as 29 points.
San Antonio was hot early, and they looked like they couldn't be stopped early on. They made 14 three-pointers in the first half, which is a record for an NBA Finals game.
However, the Knicks continued to chip away at the lead in the second half. They slowly crept back into it, and the teams exchanged leads late. OG Anunoby saved the day, tipping a missed shot by Jalen Brunson in with under two seconds, which gave the Knicks a one-point lead.
