Knicks’ Josh Hart nearly kills Larry David with botched layup that almost blew historic comeback

With about two minutes left in the game, New York Knicks' Josh Hart missed a layup that would've given his team the lead, and it nearly killed iconic comedian Larry David.

While it was a blink-or-you'll-miss-it moment, David could be seen getting out of his seat as Hart drove to the basket. However, when he missed it, he nearly collapsed.

The miss came on a fast break opportunity. Hart intercepted a pass from De'Aaron Fox, and he looked like he was home free. Had he made it, the Knicks would've been up by one point.

Luckily, the Knicks were able to recover, and Hart's embarrassing miss is mostly being forgotten. They kept fighting with the Spurs, eventually going up by one point thanks to OG Anunoby's heroics.

With under six seconds to go, Jalen Brunson took a long 30-foot three-pointer in Victor Wembanyama's face. It missed, but Anunoby, who made the inbound pass on the play, was there, flying through the air and tipping the ball into the net.

Hart finished the game with six points, making half of his shots. He did, however, have eight rebounds and six assists. He was coming off his best performance in the NBA Finals so far. In Game 3, he scored 16 points while making 60% of his shots.

The Knicks fought the entire 48 minutes of Game 4. They were down by as much as 29 points, making it the biggest comeback in NBA Finals history.

Early on, it looked like San Antonio couldn't miss. Victor Wembanyama scored 24 points, and Dylan Harper had 21 points off the bench. They hit a record 14 three-pointers in the first half. However, they got cold in the second half, and they were outscored 58-30 in the third and fourth quarters.
