Emily showed up to a recent Tampa Bay practice session. The team posted a video on Instagram showing her carrying their newborn son, Maverick Thorne. Baker brought Bucky Irving to meet them, and they had a quick conversation.
Baker and Emily first met in 2017. They dated for six months and got married in 2019. They share two children together, daughter Kova Jade and son Maverick.
Emily is an influencer and previously worked as a model. She has consistently watched her husband play since he entered the league as the No. 1 pick in 2018 out of Oklahoma. Baker won the Heisman Trophy in 2017.
The two-time Pro Bowler has suited up for four teams: the Cleveland Browns, Carolina Panthers, Los Angeles Rams, and Tampa Bay. He aims to return to the playoffsnext season and lead the Buccaneers to more success. Mayfield is now 31 years old, and he is in a race against time to secure a Super Bowl before he retires.
