How to watch South Korea's World Cup clash with Czechia:

Kick-off time: The eagerly awaited Group A fixture between South Korea and Czech Republic takes place on Thursday, 11th June. British viewers can catch the live action at 10pm ET, 3am BST on Thursday.

Game location: The tournament's second encounter will unfold in Mexico at the Estadio Chivas, more commonly referred to as the Estadio Akron, in Guadalajara. Perched approximately 2,000 metres above sea level, the venue's elevated altitude may prove a significant physical challenge for both sides as they chase their opening points of the competition.

UK television coverage: British audiences can access full live coverage exclusively via ITV1. Pre-match programming commences at 2.30am BST, offering viewers half an hour of preparation, specialist insight and squad evaluation ahead of kick-off.

Online streaming: Those opting to follow the fixture digitally or through mobile platforms can stream live via the ITVX app, compatible with smartphones, tablets and smart televisions. The broadcast is also accessible through desktop and laptop computers on the official ITVX website, although a valid TV licence is required to access the digital stream.

United States television broadcast: American soccer supporters can catch the live action on Fox Sports. The match will air nationwide at 10pm EDT or 7pm PDT on Thursday evening, depending on your location and viewing preference.

South Korea team news: South Korea have suffered a significant defensive setback, with Cho Yu-min ruled out of the tournament following a foot injury, prompting an emergency call-up for uncapped newcomer Jo Wi-je. On a more positive note, head coach Hong Myung-bo can call upon a fully fit attacking unit spearheaded by talismanic skipper Son Heung-min.

Czech Republic team news: Miroslav Koubek's Czech Republic side came through their pre-tournament training camps and warm-up fixtures unscathed, with no injury worries or fitness doubts to contend with.

Head-to-head record: This group stage encounter represents the first competitive meeting between South Korea and the Czech Republic. Casting an eye over their historical record in friendly fixtures, the two nations are evenly matched, with one win apiece and a single draw from their three previous non-competitive encounters.
