Arsenal Fans Cheer as Street Artist Reveals Crowd Painting

Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool and Manchester United are all pursuing targets with the transfer window fast approaching. With the World Cup now officially underway, some deals might be delayed, though there are examples of nations willing to help facilitate move as long as certain conditions are met. Arsenal, expected to bolster in attack this summer, are in talks for wonderkid Jeremy Monga and are said to hold an interest in Morgan Rogers, Eli Junior Kroupi, Nico Williams and Julian Alvarez.

Man United are refusing to enter a bidding war for Elliot Anderson with Nottingham Forest demanding an £125million fixed fee for the midfielder after rejecting an offer from Manchester City. Instead, United are targeting Alex Scott and Mateus Fernandes in addition to Ederson. Chelsea have been offered the chance to sign Dusan Vlahovic on a free and are said to be weighing up a loan move for Marcus Rashford.

Elsewhere, Tottenham have wrapped up a deal for Marcos Senesi after landing Andy Robertson, while they continue their pursuit of Savinho and Jan Paul van Hecke. Liverpool have agreed terms to re-sign defender Jarell Quansah. Follow the latest transfer news, gossip and rumours live below!

DONE DEAL! Foord signs new Arsenal contract

Caitlin Foord has signed a new contract with Arsenal.

Foord joined Arsenal from Sydney FC in Australia in 2020 and has since gone on to make 203 appearances for the club, scoring 57 goals - including the winner in the 3-2 extra-time victory over Corinthians in the final of the inaugural FIFA Champions Cup in February 2026.

Foord said: "I’m extremely excited to be staying here. I’ve spent a lot of my last few years here and to still have a desire and taste to want to win more and to lift trophies with this club is incredible, which we've done a couple of times in the past. There's a few more left to do and I just really want to be a part of that and help the team get there.

"We've come so close the last couple of years, especially in the league and that's what I haven't done since I've been here in my six-and-a-half years. League Cup as well and of course the Champions League when we've done that, it was so special.

"So to be so close again and to almost do it again, I think that's something, you know, you get a taste of lifting trophies and you want to do it more and more. So yes, that's definitely a driving factor."

Mourinho returns to Real Madrid

It is official! Jose Mourinho is back at Real Madrid for a second spell as head coach, 13 years on from leaving the Santiago Bernabeu.

Mourinho has signed a contract until June 30, 2029, succeeding Alvaro Arbeloa who left his role earlier in the week.

Man Utd prepare £65m Fernandes bid

Manchester United are preparing an opening offer worth £65million for West Ham midfielder Mateus Fernandes, according to FootballTransfers.

The 21-year-old is set to be at the centre of a transfer tug-of-war this summer following the Hammers' relegation.

Man Utd are expected to be among the frontrunners for the Portuguese midfielder, but the current bid would be below West Ham's £80m valuation.

Rogers would pick Arsenal over Man Utd

Morgan Rogers would pick Arsenal over Manchester United if he leaves Aston Villa this summer.

According to journalist Steve Kay, the midfielder’s representatives have held talks with the Gunners and German giants Bayern Munich.

Man Utd have elsewhere been said to enquired, but progress has not - and will not - be made.

Villa value Rogers at £100m, watching the figure Manchester City paid for Jack Grealish five years ago.

Arsenal are not prepared to match that fee.

Official: Real Madrid appoint Jose Mourinho as head coach

Jose Mourinho has been confirmed as Real Madrid’s new manager after 13 years away following the re-election of president Florentino Perez.

Perez confirmed the Portuguese’s expected return in his speech after seeing off the challenge of Enrique Riquelme, having made no secret of his intention to name Mourinho as head coach should he seal an eighth term in the role.

Former Benfica boss Mourinho has signed a three-year deal and will officially begin his new job for the start of pre-season on July 13 – set to return for a second spell at the Spanish giants having previously been in charge from 2010 to 2013.

A club statement read: “The board of directors of Real Madrid, meeting today, Thursday, June 11, and presided over by Florentino Perez, has agreed to appoint Jose Mourinho as the first team’s head coach for the next three seasons, until June 30, 2029.

“Jose Mourinho will join Real Madrid on July 13, the day pre-season begins.”

Silva chooses Atléti; rejects Barça

Free agent Bernardo Silva is reportedly edging closer to a move to Atlético Madrid over Barcelona, after Diego Simeone offered him a starring role.

After nine years at Manchester City, Silva has several clubs to choose from, including Atléti and Barcelona, the latter who recently signed England forward Anthony Gordon for £70m from Newcastle.

But Simeone’s promise to Silva of a prominent role in the team has seen the Wanda Metropolitano side move ahead of Hansi Flick’s men.

De Zerbi wants Palhina permanent transfer

Spurs are looking for a reduction on the £26m fee on the permanent signing of João Palhinha from Bayern Munich.

After securing Tottenham’s Premier League safety with winning goals against Wolves and Everton, Roberto De Zerbi is keen for the Portuguese midfielder to stick around after his year-long loan spell ended.

Palhinha moved from Fulham to Bayern for €51m in 2024, but failed to break into Vincent Kompany’s side.

Atleti want £50m Cucurella

Atlético Madrid are “going strong” for Marc Cucurella, but baulking at his £50m price tag, per Spanish press reports.

The Spaniard, currently in the US with his international side, also has suitors in Barcelona and Real Madrid.

He joined Chelsea from Brighton for a fee of €65m in August 2022 on a seven-year contract.

Liverpool look to re-sign £55m England defender Quansah

England defender Jarrell Quansah could be set to return to former club Liverpool for £55m this summer.

Reports suggest Quansah, 23, has personal terms agreed with his boyhood club, who he made 58 appearances for before last summer’s €35m move to Bayer Leverkusen.

After Ibrahima Konate’s departure, Liverpool want to beef up their defence, despite the incoming Jérémy Jacquet, 20, and expected return of crocked 19-year-old Giovanni Leoni.

Quansah is part of England’s World Cup squad.

AC Milan delay Glasner appointment

Former Crystal Palace boss Oliver Glasner is reportedly a top contender for AC Milan.

Italian journalist Pietro Balzano Prota indicates the Italian giants have negotiated a two-year contract with the German, but are yet to pull the trigger on the deal.

The San Siro remains Glasner’s preferred destination, who left Palace after winning the Europa Conference League, alongside the FA Cup and Community Shield.
