Rams Quarterback Matthew Stafford Sells 3 Homes
Since moving to Los Angeles, Stafford has purchased and sold a number of properties. That trend continued this month as he recently sold three homes in the LA area:
According to Realtor.com, the Staffords sold three of their houses in Los Angeles for a total of $21 million. Stafford purchased two of the homes from Drake’s YOLO estate in 2022 for $11 million, which they’ve reportedly been trying to sell for the last two years.
The third home was purchased by Stafford for $10.5 million in 2022, as well.
The two houses previously owned by Drake were sold by Stafford to the same buyer for a total of $11.6 million, which is $600,000 more than the Staffords paid. The third home sold for $9.7 million, or $800,000 less than they purchased it for in 2022.
A $28.2 million mansion in Hidden Hills was purchased by the Staffords in 2023, the highest price ever paid for a home in the area.
Stafford recently signed a $55 million extension with the Rams, which will extend his contract through 2027. If Stafford plays out the remainder of his contract, he will surpass $500 million in career earnings.
In terms of career earnings, he currently holds the NFL’s record with more than $408 million. This number is expected to grow after this season as well.
