Besiktas prepare offer for Jadon Sancho

Jadon Sancho recently concluded his loan spell at Aston Villa as he looked to build success away from Manchester United.
The Englishman, who was on loan at Chelsea during the 2024-25 campaign, made 39 appearances for Villa in all competitions during his loan spell last season although only scored one goal and provided three assists.
Sancho was recently released by Manchester United, a move which has appeared inevitable as the club prioritize other attacking options.
It remains to be where the winger will now turn to although a number of clubs have been linked with a move.
Borussia Dortmund have previously been linked with Sancho even agreeing to a move in principle. Progress has not been seen, however, opening the door for other parties to come into the conversation.
Besiktas, according to Turkish outlet Fanatik, are now preparing an offer for Jadon Sancho and will put the offer to the Englishman in the coming days.
The 26-year-old now faces a tough decision at a crucial time in his career.
If he does not succeed with his next club, Sancho’s professional career could be at risk. If Jadon Sancho can succeed at this next club, though, he could propel himself back up to the top.
The winger’s abilities have been on display before, mostly at Dortmund before his move to Old Trafford.
A move to Turkiye in the form of Besiktas would see Sancho play in the Super Lig for the first time whilst subsequently seeing him enter the third separate league in his career.
Even though Dortmund and Besiktas are both linked currently, other clubs could become interested during the summer transfer window as well.
Sancho’s decision, and next club, will become clearer in the coming weeks, a choice that will help to inform Manchester United supporters interested about his future.
