A Northern Ireland U17 international, Blayney has had several trial spells with Arsenal, including during the recent Liam Brady Cup.
He was named on the bench for Larne in the UEFA Youth League last season.
A talented 15-year-old, Blayney would be part of Arsenal’s U16 squad for the forthcoming season if the deal is finalised.
