A summer of change has begun at Liverpool as the Reds look to re-establish themselves as one of the Premier League's big hitters after a disappointing title defence last season.
Having lifted the club's second Premier League title in 2025, Arne Slot was sacked a year on after a campaign that failed to meet Liverpool's high standards as the Reds finished fifth in the league while failing to go far in any cup competition.
Now, former Bournemouth manager Andoni Iraola has taken his place in the Anfield hot seat and will lead Liverpool's charge towards being a contender for silverware once again.
There is also set to be change in the playing squad, most notably in attack and at left-back following the departures of long-term servants Mohamed Salah and Andy Robertson.
Salah, in particular, has been a modern great in the Premier League and will prove difficult to replace but reports are already suggesting that the Reds have a plan in place.

Iraola's side have already been heavily linked with a move for RB Leipzig star Yan Diomande with it suggested that the Ivorian could cost close to £100million.
However, according to Sky Sports, Liverpool are planning to sign two wingers this summer in order to replace Salah and Diomande is considered to be their 'top target'.
Who the second winger could be is yet to be seen, but in Diomande Liverpool would be signing an extremely versatile wide man who, at just 19, is currently one of Europe's most exciting prospects.

Liverpool can't truly replace Mohamed Salah

Although his final season in Merseyside was one to forget, Salah's legacy at Liverpool is going to be extremely tough to replace and replicate.
Across nine seasons the Egyptian made 442 appearances, contributed 380 goal contributions and was part of a Champions League-winning and two Premier League-winning squads, as well as lifting an FA Cup, two League Cups and a number of personal accolades.
As well as his success for his club, the 34-year-old is also an icon for his country and will go down as one of the greats, something that is impossible to replace.
