UEFA has confirmed that Villa and Paris Saint-Germain will each be allocated 7,000 tickets for the Super Cup. Of Stadion Salzburg’s net capacity of 28,500, a further 9,000 tickets will be made available to the general public for the match on 12 August in Austria. Read more here.
Marcus Rashford is reportedly set to prioritise a move abroad this summer rather than join another Premier League club if he leaves Manchester United. According to The Athletic, a return to Villa this summer appears unlikely. It is claimed that if Rashford returns to Old Trafford, he would prefer to honour the remaining two years of his contract rather than join another English club. Read more here.
Villa released their home kit for the 2026/27 season earlier this month, and are set to unveil their away and third strips in the coming weeks. The club’s kits are being manufactured by adidas for a third consecutive season, with the new home shirt drawing inspiration from designs worn during the 1960s. Read more here.
