The ex-Manchester United defender’s daughter, Halle Brown, is set to join the new season of Love Island, becoming the latest bombshell arrival in the Majorca villa.
The 23-year-old is expected to feature in the upcoming series of the hit reality show, stepping into one of television’s most-watched formats.
Halle Brown is the daughter of Wes Brown, who enjoyed a decorated career at Manchester United, making more than 350 appearances between 1996 and 2011.
During his time at Old Trafford, Brown lifted multiple major honours, including five Premier League titles and two Champions League trophies in 1999 and 2008.
Her mother is Leanne Brown, formerly Wassell, who is known for her appearances on The Real Housewives of Cheshire, meaning Halle comes from a well-known sporting and media family.
With that background, her entry into reality television has already drawn attention beyond the entertainment world.
Away from family headlines, Wes Brown has also remained involved with United-linked initiatives in recent years.
Last year, he took part in a Manchester United Foundation project aimed at raising awareness around homelessness.
The club also hosted its fourth consecutive sleep out event at Old Trafford, where participants spent the night inside the stadium to highlight hardship faced in the local community and raise funds for the Foundation.
The initiative formed part of ongoing efforts to use the club’s platform for social impact.
