Alexis Mac Allister‘s agent has again discussed the midfielder’s future, with Liverpool also reportedly holding talks over signing the highly-rated Ayyoub Bouaddi.

Speaking to WinWin, Mac Allister’s agent and father, Carlos, provided a new update on his son extending his stay at Liverpool, remaining coy about contract talks being paused.
“Alexis is in excellent shape to play in the World Cup,” Mac Allister said.
“Before the World Cup begins, it’s not possible to discuss or analyse a player’s future.”

It doesn’t exactly sound like Mac Allister is desperate to sign a new Liverpool deal, but perhaps we’re reading too much into it!
Meanwhile, Fabrizio Romano has told Time2play that the Reds have “already met” with Bouaddi’s agents “multiple times” over a move, with Arsenal in the same boat and Paris Saint-Germain also keen.
The 18-year-old looks like a special young talent, dominating the midfield battle for Morocco against Brazil at the 2026 World Cup last Saturday.
