Liverpool will begin the 2026/27 Premier League season away at Newcastle United as Andoni Iraola gears up for his first game in charge of the Reds.
The Premier League has released its full set of fixtures for the new season, with all 380 games being announced ahead of the start of the campaign in August.
Liverpool will be aiming to right the wrongs of last season’s disappointing title defence, when the Reds only just scraped into the Champions League places and will do that with a new manager at the helm. Arne Slot was sacked a week after the final game against Brentford with Iraola appointed as his replacement.
Liverpool has already signed Jeremy Jacquet and Victor Munoz and more additions are expected to join ahead of the first game at St James Park on August 23, which could see Munoz feature against the side who almost secured his signature. The Reds first home game is on August 29 against Nottingham Forest.
Liverpool's first meeting with Manchester City will take place at Anfield on October 10 while Manchester United will make the trip to L4 on November 21. The first Merseyside derby of the season falls a week later on November 28 at the Hill Dickinson.
The hectic Christmas schedule will see Andy Robertson return to Anfield as the Reds face Tottenham on December 19 before traveling to Hull City and Aston Villa on December 26 and 30 respectively. 2027 then gets underway with the Reds hosting Coventry on January 2 before a trip to Sunderland on January 6.
The season is set to conclude on May 30 with Liverpool having been handed a tough final month with Xabi Alonso's first visit to Anfield as Chelsea's manager set to take place on May 1 before a trip to Manchester City on May 8. Liverpool will then return to Anfield to host Brentford on May 15 before a trip to Brighton on May 23 ahead of a final day meeting with Bournemouth.
