Premier League champions Arsenal start their 2026/27 campaign against newly-promoted Coventry City at the Emirates Stadium on August 21.
The Gunners ended their 22-year wait for the English crown last month, and they will aim to defend their title under manager Mikel Arteta next term.
The Premier League have now released the fixtures for the 2026/27 season. The Gunners kick start their campaign against Coventry in a Friday night kick-off at the Emirates.
This will be followed by a tricky schedule. The English champions will travel to Villa Park before hosting their London counterparts, Chelsea, at the beginning of September.
Prior to the extended international break in late September, the London giants have away trips to Sunderland and Brighton & Hove Albion to contend with.

Looking at the big game fixtures against the ‘Big Six’. Arsenal host Chelsea in the third matchweek. Their next big encounter against Liverpool will be at Anfield on October 31.
The festive period could be a testing one for the Gunners. They host Manchester City in late November before taking on Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester United in December (away & home).
The Cityzens will host the Gunners at the Etihad Stadium on January 30 before Liverpool visit north London in early February. Mikel Arteta’s side face Manchester United away before the month concludes.
Arsenal will have an away date against Chelsea in mid-March. The second north London derby of the season will be played at the Emirates on May 1. It could be a crucial fixture in Arsenal’s title defence.
