Joe Burrow ranks among the best quarterbacks in the NFL today. He entered the league with a lot of hype after a successful collegiate career.
The LSU product won the national championship, the Heisman Trophy and earned CFP National Championship Offensive MVP honors in 2019. Burrow’s impressive performances led teams to select him atNo. 1 overall in the 2020 NFL Draft.
He has guided the Cincinnati Bengals to two AFC Championship games and one Super Bowl appearance. However, questions remain about his leadership and whether he can lead the franchise to a title.
Burrow aims to prove his critics wrong in 2026. He embraces his role as one of Cincinnati’s veterans and plans to lead by example.

Joe Burrow Is More Vocal To His Bengals Teammates This Offseason
The 29-year-old addressed the media after Wednesday’s throwing session. Reporters asked him about the improvements he has made in his game and as a leader. Burrow admitted that he’s taken on a more unforgiving attitude with his teammates.
“I’ve tried to be a little more vocal in a mean way,”Burrow admitted. “I think that’s a little out of my comfort zone, but that’s somewhere that I’m improving. Maybe it’s good and maybe it’s bad, but we’ll find out.”
Burrow added that he and his teammates are looking to make a lot of noise in the upcoming season.
“Put pressure on guys,” Burrow said. “I love it. I thrive in it. We’ll find out who else does. I know we have the kind of people who want to be in that spot. I want everybody talking about the Bengals. I want everybody talking about what I’m saying in my press conferences.”
The Bengals have missed the playoffs for the third consecutive year. Burrow also dealt with a turf toe injury that limited him to just eight games. He completed 173 of 259 passes for 1,809 yards and 17 touchdowns. The star QB knows he is capable of producing more, and wants to let his game do the talking for him.
