The young star burst onto the scene with Anderlecht last season and is now attracting interest from a host of clubs, including those in the Premier League.
The Belgian club would consider offers in the region of £35m, which could be a club record sale.
The Red Devils have an advantage over many of their rivals in the race to secure his signature, with the report claiming that those not competing in Europe are not in a strong position to land him.
