Route-running techniques are perfected by NFL players over many years. There is a possibility that Britain Covey has introduced the most unique one.

He went viral after posting a video of his infamous “Hammy route” on social media.

As Covey is running a route, he pretends to be suffering from a hamstring injury. Taking advantage of the defender’s hesitation, he breaks free and gets wide open. Take a look:
