Andoni Iraola is already making his mark in his first transfer window at Liverpool.
The Spaniard has been at the helm for less than three weeks but has already secured a new recruit with his compatriot, flying winger Victor Munoz, set to don the Reds' shirt next season. The Premier League giants announced the capture of the Spain international on Thursday after activating his £34.6million release clause to lure him away from Osasuna.
With one target ticked off, Iraola and the Reds' top brass are on a quest to land his next signing as he aims to bring silverware back to Merseyside. It's not just arrivals that are anticipated at Liverpool as rumours persist about a potential departure following the exits of Mohamed Salah, Andy Robertson and Ibrahima Konate. Here's all the latest news from Anfield.

Jurgen Klopp target rekindled
Liverpool's midfield last season was a significant factor in their dramatic dip in form with Alexis Mac Allister and Ryan Gravenberch notably failing to replicate their performances from the previous title-winning campaign.
As per Italian outlet Corriere Dello Sport, the Reds are keen on bolstering the engine room of their side by signing Juventus midfielder Khephren Thuram - but could face stiff competition from their bitter rivals Manchester United.
Juventus are said to value Thuram at £39m this summer as they look to raise money for the end of the club’s financial year.
The 25-year-old is no stranger to Liverpool fans as he's previously been linked with a move to Anfield, back when Jurgen Klopp was manager, during the French star stint at Ligue 1 side Nice.

The Les Bleus international has been a pivotal figure for the Italian heavyweights during his two-year stint, but was overlooked for Didier Deschamps' World Cup 2026 squad this month.
Standing at 6ft 4in, Thuram's physical prowess and ability to contribute both defensively and offensively could prove invaluable.
With Iraola poised to implement his high-tempo, pressing style of play at Anfield, an injection of energy and athleticism will be required in midfield to give the Spaniard's approach any hope of success.

Inter Milan's interest in Liverpool midfielder Curtis Jones dates back to January, and the Serie A champions have reignited their pursuit of the 25-year-old this summer.

Sport Witness previously reported the Reds' sporting director Richard Hughes met with Inter counterpart Piero Ausilio to discuss a potential deal for Jones, whose contract expires at the end of next season.
They report the two parties have yet to agree on a valuation, with Inter proposing a £17m bid and Liverpool slapping a £26m price tag on their homegrown talent.
The asking price hasn't deterred Inter, with Gazzetta dello Sport suggesting that once they finalise a deal for Atalanta star Marco Palestra, they'll turn their attention to Jones, aiming to secure his services before pre-season training kicks off on July 16.
