Morgan Rogers has been touted as a potential signing
Arsenal could be set to make a major splash in the transfer market as they look to retain their Premier League crown. While it's highly unlikely the champions will acquire another eight players this summer, potential agreements could be confirmed following the World Cup.
Arteta is reportedly armed with around £250m to bolster his squad as they aim to retain their title next season. He'll also be keen to progress one step further in the Champions League and finally claim the trophy.
A midfielder, winger and possibly another forward are thought to be high on the priority list. With that in mind,Daily Star Sport now examines two of the latest transfer developments involving Arsenal.

Arsenal are said to be preparing an enhanced bid to secure Jeremy Monga from Leicester City. The Gunners are among several teams, including Brentford and Newcastle, vying for the promising winger.
But there is confidence that the 16-year-old is keen to make the switch to the Emirates Stadium. The north Londoners are poised to make another attempt to land his signature following an initial offer being rejected for the teenager.
The sum Arsenal are prepared to table remains unknown and any deal will be put on hold until after July 10, when Monga reaches 17 and will pen his first professional contract at the King Power Stadium, enabling the Foxes to command a fee.
Monga featured 30 times across all competitions for the Foxes this campaign while clocking up over 1,000 minutes of first-team action. Yet following Leicester's drop to League One, he is anticipated to pursue fresh opportunities ahead of the upcoming season.

Arsenal have additional motivation to wrap up their pursuit of Morgan Rogers early this summer. Arteta is believed to be a huge fan of the Aston Villa star, with the 23-year-old potentially providing the statement left-wing addition the English champions are so eager to secure.
As though they required further justification to bring the England international to the Emirates, a recent development has only heightened their desire to finalise the transfer, beyond the typical advantages, such as pre-season preparation and fitness work, reports the Mirror.
The Premier League have revealed their fixtures for the 2026/27 season, and Arsenal will make the trip to Villa Park on the weekend of 29 August to take on Unai Emery's outfit.
Following their setback in last season's encounter, Arteta will be eager to have Rogers available for the clash, dealing a significant blow to Villa's hopes of securing another shock result.
