Everton to make ‘laughable’ £20m offer for Jarrod Bowen?

**According to [Alan Nixon](https://x.com/reluctantnicko), Everton are readying a £20m offer for West Ham United legend Jarrod Bowen.**

Nixon, formerly of the Sun and known as ‘@reluctantnicko’ on X, has stated that Jarrod Bowen is a first-choice target for Toffees manager David Moyes.

The former West Ham manager is said to be pushing to make a £20 million bid for the England international.

If true, this is a laughable offer from the Toffees; even though we’ve been relegated, it will take double that at the very least, especially now with Kretinsky increasing his shares.

Jarrod is one of the players we desperately want to keep to spearhead our fight back to the top flight; he’s our captain, our talisman, and we’re not going to sell him for peanuts, which is what £20m is these days.

If Everton and Moyes are serious about signing Bowen, they’re going to have to make an offer of around £45 million; even then, I’m not sure we’d accept because he’s a major part of Nuno, Kretinsky, and the whole football club’s plans next season and beyond.

With the sales of Mateus Fernandes and Crysencio Summerville pending, unless a team makes an offer we can’t refuse, I’d say over £50 million, then Jarrod will remain a West Ham United player in the Championship.
