Dallas Cowboys cheerleader Abby Summers, the girlfriend of Philadelphia Eagles star Cooper DeJean, shared her latest workout on Instagram.
Earlier this year, Summers and DeJean launched their romantic relationship at the Kentucky Derby, where they were spotted together.Summers also posted two TikTok videos with DeJean from the race, further confirming their romance.
Both Summers and DeJean entered the NFL in 2024, with the former joining the Cowboys Cheerleaders in July 2024 and the latter being drafted by the Eagles with the 40th overall pick.
DeJean is coming off an impressive season with the Eagles in 2025. The young defensive back played 16 games in the regular season, registering two interceptions for 32 yards, 16 passes defended and one forced fumble. The Iowa product logged 93 combined tackles, including 64 solo efforts.

The new NFL campaign is just around the corner, and Summers continues her offseason preparation.In a new post on Saturday,the 25-year-old shared a workout video focused on building muscles in her arms.
In the clip, Summers showed her routine, which includes bicep curls, lateral raises, around-the-world, triceps extensions, rows, triceps dips, single-leg triceps dips and dumbbell press.
