Packers hiring for game day positions at Lambeau Field

GREEN BAY, Wis. (WBAY) — The Green Bay Packers are hiring staff to fill a variety of positions at Lambeau Field for the upcoming season.

The team is holding a job fair today from 4 to 6 p.m. inside the Lambeau Field Atrium. A second job fair is scheduled for next Tuesday, also from 4 to 6 p.m., at the Johnsonville Tailgate Village.

The positions include guest services roles such as greeters and elevator attendants, as well as security.

Applicants must be at least 16 years old. No experience is required, and the starting wage is $15.50.

The jobs are for Packers game days, with shifts lasting about eight hours and starting four hours before kickoff. While the team prefers employees who can work every home game, that is not required.

“Our goal is to always provide a great experience for our gameday folks and guests whether it’s their first visit or 100th visit,” said Keith Cronin, manager of Packers guest services. “We want to make sure we have enough staff in place for proper greeting, giving directions, providing assistance to guests wherever it is needed.”

Cronin said the work offers a chance to be part of the game day atmosphere.

“It’s just a fun and exciting time,” Cronin said. “It’s wonderful for our staff to be helpful to the guests and be part of the experience. We have staff that have been here a handful of years and over 25 seasons as well because they enjoy it and love it and want to be part of the game day experience.”

Applicants can apply in person at the job fairs and should be prepared to interview.
