CINCINNATI (WXIX) - The Bengals will host the Chicago Bears for a joint practice.
The two teams will practice against one another on Aug. 20.
NFL teams have increasingly taken part in joint practices over the last few seasons.
After going through Training Camp, competing against teammates, the joint practices have given players a chance to go up against players from an opposing team.
Things can get heated between teams during these practices. A brawl broke out during the August 2022 joint practice with the Bengals and Rams.
The Aug. 20 joint practice with the Bears is not open to the public.
Fans will get a chance to see the Bears and Bengals play a few days later, though.
The Bengals will play their second preseason game against the Bears at Paycor Stadium on Aug. 22.
