Cameron Jordan Named to 2026 NFL Top 100 Players List

Cameron Jordan is getting prepared to continue his NFL career after re-signing with the New Orleans Saints earlier this month. He has been one of the staples for pass-rushers throughout the league and continues to be a strong presence more than 15 years after being drafted out of California. The NFL Top 100 list kicked off on Monday, and a seasoned veteran made the last spot on the list. The NFL’s website provided a brief snippet regarding Cameron Jordan being named as the 100th spot on the Top 100 list. Below is what they wrote about the 36-year-old defensive end:

“An eight-time Pro Bowler and member of the Hall of Fame’s All-2010s Team, Jordan is making his ninth appearance on the Top 100 after his 15th NFL season. Will this be his last? Jordan, who turns 37 on July 10, re-signed with the Saints on June 16 for what he called ‘one final season.’ Ranked 50th in 2023 when he last appeared, Jordan’s 10.5 sacks in 2025 were his most in a campaign since 2021. Translation: Jordan’s still got it.”

Cameron Jordan had a strong year in 2025 for the New Orleans Saints. He finished with 47 total tackles (32 solo, 15 assists) with 10.5 sacks, two forced fumbles, one fumble recovery, and a pair of pass deflections. Jordan remained a free agent for the majority of the NFL offseason with rumors of him going elsewhere. However, he and the Saints were able to work out a one-year contract to keep Cameron Jordan in New Orleans for the 2026 season. If he is able to continue putting up these type of numbers, it will well be worth it.

The NFL Top 100 list has begun to release names who are on the list. The players’ votes will be revealed on X/Twitter, with two players being announced daily from June 22 to August 21 on weekdays. Once we reach the top 10, one player will be announced each weekday from Monday, Aug. 24, through Friday, Sept. 4. We will not know who missed out on the Top 100 list as of now, but there may be some arguments on who ranked below Jordan. It will be intriguing to see who winds up on the NFL Top 100 list in the coming days.
