He married longtime partner Mya Danielle on June 13, 2026, in an intimate black-tie ceremony at the Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort in Florida. Approximately 135 guests were present as the two tied the knot. Smith and his wife have already planned their honeymoon in Europe.

They selected the Orlando venue for the wedding partly because of their tradition of annual Disney trips. The celebration incorporated Louisiana roots with a Western-themed welcome party. Mya wore multiple stunning gowns, while Smith donned a custom black suit. A 7-foot-tall wedding cake was among the highlights of the reception. The two of them met back when they were in middle school, and confirmed their romance in 2023. The couple share two children.
One of the notable guests was none other than his teammate Hurts, who attended along with his wife Bry Burrows. A viral photo shows the two posing for a photo together, along with their respectives wives. All of them are seen smiling and happy. Many other current and former NFL players were also present at the celebration.
However, former Eagles player and current New England Patriots wide receiver A. J. Brown was not present at the wedding which has concerned many.

Brown has been a close teammate for both Smith and Hurts in the past. There have been recent rumors that he has fallen out with his former teammates, especially Hurts. Only some weeks back, Hurt’s absence was noticed when Brown himself got married to Kelsey Nicole Riley. The fact that he attended Smith’s wedding suggests that there is some issue between them.
Brown’s absence at Smith’s wedding was also noticed by many fans. He has not yet said why he missed the wedding and it is currently unknown whether there is a complete breakdown of relations between the former teammates.
DeVonta Smith will be enjoying his new life as a married person, and will also prepare for the 2026 NFL season.
