Chad Johnson: Deshaun Watson is Browns starting QB, ‘he has 6 weeks’

CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - Deshaun Watson will be the Browns opening day starter and “has 6 weeks” to prove himself, according to former NFL receiver Chad Johnson.

"Deshaun Watson is the starting QB for the Cleveland Browns," - @ochocinco breaks down what he's hearing about the Browns QB battle.

Ocho says that Watson will get 6 weeks of the season to prove he's the starter, and if not, Shedeur will take over.

If things aren’t going well after 6 games, Johnson says, Shedeur Sanders would then step in.

Watson is 9-10 lifetime as Cleveland’s starter and is in the final year of a 5-year, $230 million contract.

Sanders, 24, went 3-4 in 7 starts as a rookie last season, throwing 7 TD passes and 10 interceptions.
