The NFL Top 100 list continues to be unveiled, and we have reached the 97th spot. Seattle Seahawks linebacker Ernest Jones IV fulfilled that spot, and NFL’s Grant Gordon wrote a blurb regarding this selection:
“Jones provided a fiery presence for the Super Bowl champions. Now a two-time Super Bowl winner (his first coming with the Rams), Jones was Seattle’s leading tackler in the regular season and playoffs. Perhaps most impressively, the backer led the squad in interceptions with six total, including the postseason. Jones is making his NFL Top 100 debut and is the first member of the reigning Super Bowl champs on the 2026 list. He won’t be the last.”
Ernest Jones IV had a strong season for the Seattle Seahawks in 2025. He recorded 126 total tackles (60 solo, 66 assists) with 0.5 sacks, five interceptions for 150 yards, one interception returned for a touchdown, and seven pass deflections. In coverage, he allowed a 68.9 completion percentage with zero touchdowns given up. The 2025 season was the first full one for Jones with the Seahawks, as he played in 10 games after being traded from the Tennessee Titans for Jerome Baker and a 2025 fourth-round pick.
Below are the three other names that have been revealed in the NFL Top 100 list so far:
