Jalen Hurts & A.J. Brown Celebrate DeVonta Smith’s Wedding Ceremony (Video)

Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver DeVonta Smith finished the 2025 season on a strong note, hauling in a touchdown during a 29-18 win over the Washington Commanders. The Super Bowl LIX champion has spent his offseason away from the field in a different kind of spotlight. Smith and longtime partner Mya Danielle marked a major life milestone this month, surrounded by family, friends, and several familiar faces from across the NFL.

Smith and Danielle exchanged vows on June 13 at the Four Seasons Resort Orlando inside Walt Disney World Resort, according to People. The black-tie ceremony stayed true to an elegant black-and-white theme, with white floral arrangements and chandeliers setting the tone for the evening.

About 135 guests attended the wedding, including Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts and former Philadelphia teammate A.J. Brown, who was traded to the New England Patriots earlier this month. Several of Smith’s college teammates from Alabama also joined the celebration, including Jaylen Waddle and Jerry Jeudy.

The couple, who met in middle school, got engaged on New Year’s Eve 2024, just weeks before Smith and the Eagles won Super Bowl LIX. Danielle and Smith share two young daughters, Kyse and Kali, who were both part of the ceremony.

The wedding weekend started a day earlier with a rodeo-themed welcome party honoring the couple’s Louisiana roots, complete with a crawfish boil and music from New Orleans DJ Mannie Fresh. The reception featured a seven-foot wedding cake and dancing late into the night.

Mya Danielle said, “We want them to see a marriage built on love, respect, faith, partnership, and perseverance.”
