Dave Grohl, Nate Mendel, Pat Smear, Chris Shiflett, Rami Jaffee and Ilan Rubin will be bringing their life-affirming anthems to Liverpool's Anfield Stadium this week as part of their ‘Take Cover’ UK and European tour.

Announced last November, they'll be hitting up festival stages on 10 European markets plus two nights in Liverpool this summer. Anfield is the only UK Stadium that they will visit in 2026, which means fans will journey from all over the UK and Europe to see the Grammy Award-winning rockers.

Foo Fighters’ 15-Grammy Award-winning catalogue includes The Colour and the Shape, There Is Nothing Left To Lose', One By One, In Your Honor, Echoes, Silence, Patience and Grace, Wasting Light, Sonic Highways, Concrete and Gold, Medicine at Midnight and 2023’s But Here We Are.

The Take Cover Tour 2026 represents the band’s first Europe and UK trek since 2024’s massive Everything or Nothing at All Tour. This will also be the first time the rockers have returned to the North West since playing a surprise gig in Manchester in February.

Fans rushed to get ticket to the intimate, small-capacity gig held at the 02 Ritz on Whitworth Street. Tickets were only available in person, on a first-come-first-served basis and there was a two ticket per person limit.

As they head over to Liverpool this week, we've compiled all the information you need to know if you're going to their shows - from how to get there and support acts, to that all-important stadium guidance and support around the extreme weather warnings.
