While Marcus Rashford is at the World Cup, there is ongoing talk about his future at Manchester United.
Marcus Rashford is currently focused on trying to win the World Cup with England, but as soon as the tournament is over, attention will return to his club football.
Barcelona refused to trigger Rashford’s £26m buy option and would only explore a cheaper deal or another loan – something United are not open to.
As a result, Rashford is set to return for United’s pre-season schedule.

Even England teammate Declan Rice admitted the Three Lions were brighter in the final 10 minutes compared to the other 80 combined. Those 10 minutes were with Rashford on the pitch.
It now seems likely that Rashford will take Gordon’s starting spot in the England side. Considering Gordon was sold for £68 million a few weeks ago, it bodes well for United’s transfer demands.
