Arsenal sign Saint Lucia Tourism Authority as destination partner

ARSENAL, the newly-crowned Premier League champions, have announced a new multi-year partnership with the Saint Lucia Tourism Authority (SLTA), writes Sam French.

Under the agreement, SLTA becomes Arsenal’s official destination partner from the start of the 2026-27 season. The partnership covers both the men’s and women’s teams and is designed to boost Saint Lucia’s international profile, particularly in key tourism markets such as the United Kingdom.

Saint Lucia branding will feature prominently at Emirates Stadium during Premier League, Women’s Super League and domestic cup fixtures, as well as across Arsenal’s digital channels. The collaboration will also include joint marketing campaigns, fan engagement initiatives and international promotional activities.

Arsenal’s title success was never just about football

In addition to tourism promotion, the partnership will support the development of an academy hub in Saint Lucia, extending the relationship beyond commercial objectives.

The SLTA has previously partnered with several major North American sports franchises, including the New York Yankees, Toronto Raptors, Toronto Maple Leafs and Brooklyn Nets.

The announcement follows Arsenal’s recent commercial activity, including the appointment of payroll and HR platform Deel as the club’s new sleeve sponsor from next season. Deel will replace Visit Rwanda, whose eight-year association with Arsenal has come to an end.

Arsenal consistently rank in the top ten most followed football clubs in the world and, as part of the partnership, it is expected that the Gunners squad will visit Saint Lucia in the coming months. It is also anticipated that it will contribute towards the growth of the island as a popular tourist destination. Meanwhile, an Arsenal academy hub may also be set up on the island to support the growth of football.

The Gunners will be looking to defend their Premier League crown when the new season kicks off later this summer.
