Aston Villa have been handed a suspended one-match ban on selling tickets to away fans and fined €10,000 (£8,600) by UEFA after fans displayed a "discriminatory banner" in the Europa League final. Villa intend to freeze match-by-match ticket prices for the 2027/28 campaign after increasing them by five per cent for next season. The club confirmed ticket price rises for the fifth consecutive season at the end of May, with both season ticket and match-by-match prices having now increased by 10 per cent over two years.
