Chelsea have reportedly added Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Fabián Ruiz to their list of potential transfer targets as the Blues continue to assess options to strengthen their midfield ahead of the new season.
According to Spanish outlet Fichajes, Chelsea are monitoring the Spain international and could make a move if the opportunity arises during the summer transfer window.
The report suggests the west London club admire Ruiz’s technical quality, experience and versatility, with the midfielder viewed as a player capable of bringing composure and control to the middle of the park.
CHELSEA have already been linked with a number of midfielders this summer as the club continues to reshape its squad. While there has been no official confirmation of interest from Stamford Bridge, Ruiz is the latest high-profile name to emerge in connection with a possible move.
The former Napoli star joined Paris Saint-Germain in 2022 and has become an important member of the French champions’ squad.
