Arsenal hold a serious interest in Club Brugge winger Christos Tzolis, according to journalist Dimitris Manakos.

Speaking to Voetbal Primeur (quotes translated by Sport Witness), Manakos said that the Gunners have been tracking the player very closely over the last year:
“I think Arsenal stands a better chance than many people in Belgium currently realise. This isn’t just a club that comes to take a look every now and then. Arsenal has been following Tzolis for a long time and has enormous appreciation for what he has shown over the past twelve months.
“Club Brugge know that this summer could be the right moment for a top transfer, and for Tzolis himself, the chance to sign with one of the biggest clubs in Europe would obviously be particularly attractive. Important steps still need to be taken, but if Arsenal really push through, I believe they hold all the cards to finalise this transfer.”
Tzolis has had two phenomenal seasons at Club Brugge
Since moving to Belgium football from Fortuna Dusseldorf in the summer of 2024, the forward has been a man on a mission.
Tzolis found the back of the net 21 times and contributed 16 assists in his first season at Brugge. He bettered those numbers last campaign, racking up an incredible 22 goals and 29 assists. You can read more about him in our profile here.

Arsenal already know how much he will cost
When revealing the Gunners’ interest in Tzolis a couple of weeks ago, The Athletic‘s David Ornstein described the Greek international as “gettable for €40m (£34.5m)”.
It seems a reasonable price for the performances he has delivered over the past two campaigns, but it is likely that sporting director Andrea Berta and manager Mikel Arteta have other names higher up their shortlist.
Aston Villa’s Morgan Rogers is deemed the priority target, but with the England international potentially costing upwards of £100m, there could be a situation where the London club pursue cheaper alternatives like Tzolis.
