Liverpool and Arsenal have the funds needed to sign Paris Saint-Germain’s Bradley Barcola this summer.
The 23-year-old’s future at PSG remains uncertain, and the Reds and Arsenal can open their doors for him.
Liverpool have returned after failing to sign him last summer, when the winger rejected them.
Earlier this month, Sport Witness covered claims from France that the Anfield club have made a fresh attempt. He is now excited about the possibility of moving to the Premier League.
Liverpool and Arsenal Barcola’s suitors
Luis Enrique’s side are working on signing RB Leipzig’s Yan Diomande and AS Monaco star Maghnes Akliouche.
With the duo’s signings, Le10 Sport claims Bradley Barcola’s exit ‘seems more likely than ever’ this summer.
The PSG player has suitors in the Premier League, where Liverpool are ‘very interested’ and Arsenal have him on their agenda.
RMC Sport journalist Daniel Riolo spoke about the possibility of the France international moving to the Premier League, relayed by Le10.
“I can always understand a player wanting to go elsewhere,” he said.
“He won two Champions Leagues, things went well. In the end, he understood that he wasn’t the starter in the big matches. If he has an opportunity in the Premier League, why wouldn’t he go? You have the right to experience another league, you have the right to try a new adventure. I say to him: ‘Good luck’.”
PSG considering summer sale
Bradley Barcola
Foot Mercato states the Champions League winners are open to parting ways with Bradley Barcola in this window. After relaying claims made elsewhere, the outlet provides their own updates.
The French club are considering selling him and need a ‘substantial offer’, without mentioning a figure. His price ‘shouldn’t be a problem’ for both Liverpool and Arsenal.
These two clubs are his contenders, and whether one or both of them will make advances remains to be seen.
The Frenchman has a contract until 2028 and his value, as per Transfermarkt, is €70m. Last season, he managed 13 goals and seven assists from 49 matches.
