Arsenal accept €20m offer to sell player – Now down to him

Arsenal‘s Leandro Trossard has to decide whether to leave the Premier League side this summer.

In April, Sport Witness covered claims from Belgium that his future is likely to be away from Arsenal.

After that, Mikel Arteta used the forward regularly until the end of the season but that hasn’t stopped the transfer links.

Beşiktaş president Serdal Adalı has already made formal contact with the Gunners over a move for the 31-year-old.

On June 12th, Sport Witness covered claims from Turkey that the Black Eagles were willing to offer €20m to Arsenal and a €7m per year deal to the Belgium international.

Arsenal receive Beşiktaş bid

Sporx report Serdal Adalı and Beşiktaş director Önder Özen are leading the pursuit of Leandro Trossard.

Adalı is ready to do whatever it takes to secure the attacker’s services this summer. The Premier League winners have set a €20m price and the Turkish club have made further advances by submitting a €20m offer.

Arsenal have accepted the Süper Lig side’s proposal and the latter are now waiting for the player’s final response.

The former Brighton & Hove Albion man is at the World Cup, preparing for the match against Senegal on Wednesday. He wants to wait until Belgium finish this tournament and then make a decision on his future.

Message sent to Arsenal player’s agent

Beşiktaş are eagerly waiting for him to say yes but don’t seem willing to wait for long.

The report claims their sporting director has informed Leandro Trossard’s agent that they need a reply as soon as possible. That’s probably because of the competition from Saudi Arabia.

Last week, we relayed news that Al-Diraiyah are ready to meet the Gunners’ €20m price and offer him a huge salary of €10m net annually. This is €3m more than what Beşiktaş intend to propose.

Arsenal accepting Beşiktaş’ offer is an indication he has no future at the Emirates. The Belgian has options to pick from, and his suitors are awaiting his final decision.

Trossard’s contract lasts until 2027, and Transfermarkt value him at €18m.
